Our SR Rigs apply an accurate smooth lining to the inside surface of pipelines up to 440m long using the worlds first 100% automatic computer controlled system with automatic lining thickness working alongside our new DIAL A FLOW system which for the first time gives you a truly "set & forget" application.
Our rigs are fitted with our latest innovations, no need to ask for them, innovations such as A.V.O.S with its groundbreaking ability to remove personnel from excavations and our unique non contact Flow Meters that completely remove all the usual issues that mechanical meters suffer from, offering zero wear, zero maintenance and zero spurious alarms.

All new rigs from 2024 onwards have the capability to have a camera at the spray head giving the option to view the lining application in realtime.
We have also added AVOS 3 to all new rigs, giving many more options for stopping and starting the lining application.
