First ever SIPP pipe Lining & Steri-Klenze Disinfection carried out

Potable water pipe is now clean and protected from further corrosion for many years to come using Resiline 320, carried out with minimal disruption using only 2 small excavations with no need to excavate at service connections.

We had a lovely visit to our customer in France this week! Arteurope have been on exhibiting at the Carrefour des Gestions Locales de l’Eau (CGLE), and they are also celebrating their 20th anniversary. We are so happy for ART and grateful for their kind invitation to share in their success. They now own four of our innovative SIPP rigs, and we are incredibly proud to be working with them.

07/01/2026 - OVER IN FRANCE

First trip of 2026, over in France calibrating one of our customers SIPP pipe lining rigs, this customer has 4 of our rigs, 3 SR1000s and 1 SR2000.

22/12/2025 - NEW EQUIPMENT SHIPPING TO THE USA

The final shipment of the year is being dispatched today. This little lot is on its way to the United States.
We often supply bespoke SIPP Pipe Lining Equipment for use inside buildings including vertical lining, manufactured to our customers’ specifications.

16/12/2025 - OVER IN THE UK - CONTINUED INVESTMENT

This month we have invested in a new Sprinter Van, new Mincam Pipe CCTV system and a Metal Cutting Saw. Long term investment ensures better serivce to our customers.

08/12/2025 - OVER IN UK - NEW 3D PRINTER

A new printer has been added to our 3D printing department, providing additional benefits such as multi-colour printing with ultra-fast printing speeds.

We now operate five printers. The photograph shows four of them actively printing. This change in our manufacturing processes enables relatively inexpensive innovations, something which we love to do.

01/12/2025 - OVER IN UK - SEWER PIPES LINED

After a monumental effort from our team, we successfully cleaned and lined two rising main sewer pipes with a 6mm layer of Wasteseal (Carbon Fibre infused).

- Diameter: 500mm
- Length: 6m (with 90 Elbow)

Our team went above and beyond to complete this project, working late nights and enjoying even later dinners. Well done to everyone involved. Pipe was lined using one of our innovative SR1000 SIPP Rigs

The first ever use of our STERI-KLENZE pipeline disinfection system carried out in the middle east. Our customer becomes the first ever contractor to offer massive water & time savings to water companies in this area.

05/11/2025 - OVER IN FRANCE - CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Currently over to France to support a customer, where we are fitting a set of our innovative Non Contact Flow Meters to one of #arteurope SR1000 Lining Rigs, ARTeurope have 4 of our lining rigs.

This is a big upgrade for our customers lining rigs, one that will allow them to forget about the usual mechanical flow meters issues such as wear, maintenance, & spurious readings. This upgrade will help ensure ARTeurope continue to lead the SIPP market in France.

This rig is over 13 years old and still going strong

08/10/2025 - OVER IN THE USA - CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Just eight days ago, due to neglect, this SR2000 SIPP Rig wasn’t in the best shape. Now, it’s almost ready to roll, and soon it’ll be back to working its magic.

A few updates have been added including a brand new SMOOTH COAT umbilical hose & our A.V.O.S 2 system.

24/09/2025 - OVER IN THE UK - POWER PLANT SIPP LINING PROJECT COMPLETED (PHASE 2)

Over the last 3 weeks, working alongside our partners, Phase 2 of a SIPP lining project has been completed on time. Pipe - 8 inch fire main - Length 200m x 8 lengths - Cleaning method - boring machine and low pressure jetting

Lining material. 6mm thick Acothane Wasteseal - Difficult site restrictions and equipment access at a sensitive industrial site all made for a challenging project with numerous linings carried out with access at one end of the pipe only.

Equipment used: - SR1000 SIPP pipe lining rig - RFB pipe cleaning machine, one of our next gen machines, shorter in length and more powerful - A newly designed umbilical hose pusher - Water jetting system - Our AVOS system

29/08/2025 - OVER IN THE UK - ACCESS CHAMBER REHABILITATION

Our Access Chamber rehab team have been busy this week
We managed to clean and protect four chambers in two days

Here’s how we do it:
1. We blast the chambers with high-pressure water to get rid of any dirt or grime
2. We carry out remedial work to fix any damage / voids
3. We apply a primer
4. Finally, we apply a thick high-quality Epoxy top coat to protect the chambers

All of this is done using our very own self-contained vehicle, which is designed and built right here in our own workshop, it’s also super quiet during operation. This means we can rehabilitate access chambers quickly, without fuss and without annoying the public with noisy equipment.
Our process is all set and approved by the coating material supplier

31/07/2025 - OVER IN THE MIDDLE EAST

This week, we have been in the Middle East training a new SIPP team how to use their brand new SR1000 pipe lining rig. A young and enthusiastic team, it's great to see the next generation of SIPP pipe liners emerging.

Their new SIPP rig comes with all our usual innovations with a few new ones thrown in, our new DIAL A FLOW system allows them to enter the required flow rate once and forget it, removing the usual and continual monitoring / adjusting that is normally required, another world first from Schur-BPH.

12/06/2025 - OVER IN THE UK - PIPE CLEANING MACHINE SOLD

This week, another pipe cleaning machine was sold to a UK based customer, making it the second one this year. This fantastic piece of kit is ideal for cleaning pipelines between 75mm and 300mm diameter quickly and efficiently. It can clean a 200mm pipe 170m long in around 1.5 hours, suitable for both light and heavy corrosion. The machine is easy to operate with full guarding, ensuring safety compliance. It can clean to a dead end if required.

Over the years, we’ve sold over 40 of these machines. They remain a simple, economical, and trusted solution for pipeline cleaning, regardless of the pipe’s corrosion level. These latest machines have a built-in safety system and increased power.

04/06/2025 - OVER IN THE UK - SIPP LINING DEMONSTRATION

We extend gratitude to United Living for hosting a SIPP pipe lining demonstration, which was attended by representatives from Northumberian Water.

Showcasing one of our innovative SR1000 Pipe Lining Rigs, applying the resiline 320 DWI approved lining material for potable water pipelines.

The event was very well-received, with a high level of attendance and interest.
