Ensuring the spray application cone in central inside the pipe is critical to applying a uniform thickness during the lining application

THE PROBLEM:

NON CONTACT FLOW METERS

THE PROBLEM:
All pipe lining rigs from all manufactures use mechanical flow meters to monitor critical flow and ratio of the lining material.
These flow meters have inherent issues:
- The gears or pistons often get “jammed” up causing lost pipe linings
- The gears or pistons often “stick” causing a drop in pulses sending spurious readings and consequently the pipe lining operation is stopped.
- The meters have a large pressure drop
- They are bulky and can be expensive
- They need to be stripped & cleaned regularly
- They suffer from wear and tear
OUR SOLUTION:
Game changing improvement over mechanical flow meters, zero maintenance / zero failures & zero lost linings due to spurious readings
These meters eliminate all of the above issues simply because there is no contact with the lining material during use.
Many linings are lost to spurious meter readings, the non contact flow meter removes all of the causes of spurious readings and consequently remove failed linings.
Failed linings can be extremely costly and time consuming and have been a problem for many years.
