Our multi system is designed for small diameters from 12mm to 300mm up to 50m long and for operation in restricted access areas
Multi System
Our modular lining / coating system is a modular system that offers multiple possibilities, order the MULTI unit that suits your requirements, then simply choose the additional auxilliary items that you need.
Our Multi system an be used for:
- Hand spraying of Access Chambers / tanks / Bunds / Structures
- Remote lining of Access Chambers
- SIPP Lining of Pipes / Circular Structures / Access Chambers
- Vertical SIPP pipe lining inside buildings or outside
At the heart of the systems lies 2 “MULTI” units
- MULTI-100 SUPPLY UNIT - 100L tank capacity
- MULTI 300 SUPPLY UNIT - 300L tank capacity
Both Units Offer The Following Functions:
- Heating and conditioning of the lining material
- Supply conditioned lining material to a Hand Spray Gun for Lining Access Chambers / Tanks / Bunds
- Supply the conditioned lining material to a centrifugal lining head for pipes & circular chambers etc
Fully Electric Systems
Both of our multi units are 100% electric powered making them super quiet, easy to operate and keep transport logistics simple, only a small compressor is required when using with our centrifugal lining heads whilst carrying out SIPP pipe lining operations or lining circular access chambers
For all hand spraying operations, no compressor is required
