Mini SIPP Lining Systems for Smaller Diameters
Our mini systems are designed for small diameters from 12mm to 300mm up to 50m long and for operation in restricted access areas
SIPP for 32mm to 300mm diameter
Linings are applied in the same way as our larger rigs, lining thickness is controlled to ensure a smooth uniform lining
- Easy to move around on site
- Only a small compressor & power supply is required for operation
- Equipment can fit inside elevators
- Ideal for lining inside buildings / restricted areas
- Can line Laterals / Branches / Bends
- Fully controlled application for a uniform thickness

SIPP for 12mm to 50mm diameter
B.I.L.T (Blown In Lining Technology)
Linings are applied by blowing the mixed material through the pipe, B.I.L.T is a well proven system that gives a uniform lining for pipe protection
- Ideal for lining inside buildings & restricted areas
- Can line Laterals / Branches / Bends
- Fully controlled application c/w application data
- Lining lengths up to 30m
- Pipe cleaning & lining in one system
- Pump & Mixing controlled by the unit with full data capture for QA
- Can be used with suitable Potable Water approved materials
